1. Who is selling

ZERO GRAVITY FITNESS SRL, CUI 53807118, J2026008136002, Calea Speranței 10, Et. 2, Sat Ghiroda, jud. Timiș, 307200. Contact: contact@zerogravityfitness.ro.

2. What is being sold

A gift card that can be redeemed, in the ZeroGravity app, for one of the memberships listed on this page. The card is not a payment instrument and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in RON. Payment is by card, through Stripe; we do not store card details. [TO COMPLETE: VAT treatment.]

4. Delivery

The gift card and the invoice are emailed to the address given at checkout, immediately after the payment is confirmed.

5. Validity and redemption

The card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and must be redeemed within that period. The membership starts on the day the code is redeemed in the app. The code is a bearer code: anyone holding it can use it.

6. Right of withdrawal
